“My approach is not about pressure,” he explains, “My clients know what they want and it’s my job to help them find their dream.”
Jens sees his role for clients as that of an advisor more than a salesperson.
“It’s my job to explain to clients what they need to watch out for when they are purchasing or selling their homes. I’m looking out for my client’s interests so I make sure that they are taken care of,” he says, “I like selling property, but, the client has to be the one happy with the deal being made.”
Many years in real estate and extensive community involvement have brought its share of accolades but awards are no motivation for Jens. Helping people is his incentive.
“Having people in my community know who I am because of the work I do in the community is recognition enough,” he says.
